Polka Dot Nails w/ Jewels

First, paint your nails with the base color. Then just add 2 rows of one color polka dots, make a row of different color polka dots, and then one final row of the 1st color you chose to use. Then pick one finger( or how ever many you want) and glue on a jewel where you want it:) And you're done! Don't forget a top coat.

L.A. Colors Art Deco- Black
L.A. Colors Art Deco- Intense Pink
Sally Hansen- Insta-Dri Anti Chip Top Coat
Kiss- Precision Nail Glue
